We work on the  100% prepayment. Almost all products are made to order. All products are carefully designed and produced and handmade by designer Alexandra Amplituda, with makes them ONE OF A KIND. Slight differences in the shape of each piece may occur.  Of course, we do it as close as possible, but exact repetition is almost impossible to achieve.



When ordering, we will definitely discuss your sizes, specifics of material, and fit. When purchasing remotely, we can agree in advance with a model with your parameters to show the fit of the product on your figure.


We work as a made-to-order studio, so once ordered, the product cannot be returned. You can contact us if you find a defect in the product immediately upon receipt of your order. If it can be fixed, we will fix it; if it cannot, we will replace it. We are also ready to help with repairs.

We are not responsible if the product is used incorrectly. We ask you to familiarize yourself with our recommendations for the use and care of jewelry.
